Saying Goodbye (for Now)

We also said goodbye to a dear friend and mentor in March. After suffering two strokes and receiving hospice care, Rev. Edwin L. Hodges passed away in his home on Friday, March 22.

Read more about Rev. Hodges and our relationship with him, and please keep his family in your prayers. We know he is celebrating the glory of his Savior today, but his family and friends will, of course, miss him very much.

The work that God is doing through Love Packages could never be fulfilled with our small staff. Love Packages is all of you: Everyone who donates funds, who rescues bibles off of resale store shelves, who organizes bible drives at their local churches, who spends a few days volunteering in one of our warehouses.

Can you help this spring?

It’s not too late to see if your local church can collect 1000 bibles this year, and spring is a great time to come and volunteer in a warehouse (before it gets HOT during the summer months).
